Special notes: This jinashi shakuhachi has exceptionally well balanced resonance. It had a few 'hairline' small cracks, thus I bound the entire shakuhachi and it is insured for life. The 2nd finger hole fell on a node which was unavoidable. I sanded down the node so that it would not interfere with playing.

Weight: 468 grams (around the same weight as some jiari 1.8's which fall between 350~500+ grams, on average).
Finger-holes: medium~large sized holes, standard off-set for improved ergonomics (right hand playing). Largest hole is 12.3mm x 12mm.
